Need a RTO consultant for getting NOC for a blacklisted car

Hey all, Due to some bogus challans (which I paid later), my car has been flagged as NTBT (Not to be transacted) by the Pimpri Chinchwad RTO. I don’t live in Maharashtra any more and was trying to get an NOC and also get the NTBT removed. Do you guys know of an RTO agent who can facilitate this? I reached out to ITZeasy but they are clueless about it.
