My laptop fan is vibrating/buzzing

I own an asus vivobook and have been facing some heating issue so I opened my laptop for the first time in two years and cleaned it, did nothing fancy just took a soft paint brush and cleaned all the dust from the vents and the FAN. After that I assembled everything and put it back but after a while the fan has started to vibrate and is making buzz noise. The buzzing starts but then stops after a while I saw some post regarding the same saying the fan might have busted but the thing is it was fine before I opened it. I reopened it just to check if the screws are tight or not and they are placed perfectly as it was before.
