Moving to Pune for Job. Please suggest best way to learn the language.

Hi, I will be moving to Pune soon for job and I want to learn the language. It is an area manager ops/sales role. I think picking up on the language will help me perform well since I will be transacting with locals as well for business dealings. My manager has also asked me to pick up the language. I am a native Hindi speaker. Would appreciate if you have any guidance on how to be conversant in Marathi. Priority is speaking and understanding before reading and writing.
