Looking to connect with people in/around Palace Orchard, Undri

Hey Folks I am looking to connect with people who are residing in or around Palace Orchard. Basically, I'm planning to move there so I just wanted to get a review of the society, upsides/downsides, anything that I need to think or check twice before doing so.
