Looking for a fancy pet friendly restaurant

I’m about to complete my executive MBA in a couple of months. I really want any to treat my family (parents, brother, and hubs) to a nice celebratory dinner. They played such a huge role in helping me manage everything on my plate and I really want to show my gratitude and thank them. Since my parents don’t dine fancy often, I really want to splurge on this experience for them. We have a mid sized indie girl who is actual perfection and I want her to be a part of the celebration. Any suggestions for high end places with good food where the five of us plus doggie can go? Budget around 10k. TIA :)
