If you've worked at a Concentrix, please help me out.

E: If you've worked at Concentrix* Hi, I'm a full-time student and I just got the appointment letter from Concentrix. Now that the whole thing is done, I'm having second thoughts about working full-time while studying, especially at a BPO. If you guys have experience with working here, could you please let me know if they allow you to choose what shifts you do? Are you able to pick your shift timings during the training period itself? Do they let you start your shift at a later time/take a day off and work on your actual days off to make up for it, stating exams/practicals as the reason? What about the work culture? Please if y'all could help me make a decision. This is stressing me tf out. I don't want to fuck myself up academically.
