Hard to find Doctor in Pune!!!

Generally, a general physician is a doctor who can treat common fevers and general medical conditions. Their degree should be MD or MBBS. However, most of the clinics I see around have doctors with BHMS (Homeopathy) or BAMS (Ayurveda) degrees, yet they provide allopathic medicines and injections. I am not a doctor or from the medical field. These are just my observations. I want to be treated by the right doctor—this is my only concern.
