Got wrong item delivered from apple

Had ordered apple iphone 16 pro Max from apple india website yesterday. It was supposed to be delivered to me today. When I opened the package they had delivered me type c to headphones adapter. I had called and raise this to apple but still not clear what would I need to do further. I am panicking as it's a huge amount and really tensed on what should I do next. Can anyone help / advice?
