Girl in my samne wali khidki talks loudly late at night

Namaskar Mandali as the title suggests a girl lives in my samne wali khidki in a different building but the distance is not exactly very far away from my window, there’s just a lane in between where only one car and one bike can pass side by side so you would understand how far it is. She keeps talking entire night on her calls with her friends I assume, laughing and giggling very loudly. Please suggest how can I convey my gentle concern to her without offending so that I can have my peaceful nights sleep. Miss if you are reading this in case, I hope you understand and I don’t want to come in between your friendships but please maintain them with a little regards for other’s sleep! Thank you!
