Anyone from KP or Mundhwa area who has GBS or can feel symptoms?

Asking out of curiosity, has GBS spread in other parts of Pune, or is it localised to the areas that keep coming up in the news? A randomly keep feeling small tingles near my feet, but I feel like it might be psychosomatic .
