Any haunted/scary places in Pune?

I've been here for around 6 months and I've already visited the mansion beside Residency Club, Holkar Bridge, Chandan Nagar and Symbiosis Road. I've heard about Victory theatre as well but I haven't visited the place yet. Been to these places at the dead of the night but there's really nothing paranormal going on there lol. If you know any stories or places that can actually creep you out, do share!
