Airtel AirFibre cancellation
Hello everyone, I recently requested an Airtel Air Fiber connection but later found out that it doesn’t work well in my area and has latency issues. So, I asked the installation engineer to cancel the request, and he confirmed that he did it from his end. However, I haven’t seen any update on the Airtel app or received any confirmation from Airtel regarding the cancellation or refund. Does anyone know how long it takes for the status to be updated or how much time the cancellation and refund process usually takes?3
