Admission in Bishop's Nursery

Those with their kids or niece, nephew in Bishop's - how does one get admission in Nursery if you are not a Christian? My nephew and another kid I know are rejected while another was rejected, found some connection. Paid 6L and got admission confirmation "Congratulations. <Name> is admitted."
