How to get rid of this.

So bank RM sold me this insurance/Saving plans at the time of purchase I didn't thought much(i blame myself for that ) about the premium amount and policy is for 40 years, Now when I discussed with my father I got to know that I was trapped by the sales guy. Now I want to get rid of this. So how can I get some amount back to get the min. Loss from this.
