i need immediate help/advice

I don’t know if its the right sub for this question but i need help. So my pnb bank account got frozen and wow there is literally no one taking the accountability and not even telling me why! That’s another thing but the thing is i have NACH mandate active in that account for EMI..i will make the payment manually tho but will The emi still count as a bounce if its rejected by the bank because my account is frozen. And if its get rejected this time, will it automatically pause or cancel? And do i have to register a new mandate for next emis? Please let me know..i tried contacting that stupid creditor but got to know that they are literally fake and they aren’t willing to cancel the mandate!
