Home loan Floating ROI

I took home loan in 2020 and the ROI was around 8%. Over the years, now the ROI is 9.3%, howver I feel this is way beyond expectations. I doubt the bank increased more ROI then required. How can I check the deserved ROI as per repo rate change and compare with my bank. Can I tranfer my home laon to another bank? or can I negotiate with my bang to reduce ROI?
