Can Education Loans be taken in split method, I am just a student

I'll get straight to the point. The total course fee is 14 lakhs. - First loan: 7 lakhs from SBI. - Second loan: 7 lakhs from Canara Bank. I'm only trying to avoid providing collateral, as any loan exceeding 7 lakhs requires it.
