What part of AP would be best to visit in March?

I am doing a solo trip of Arunachal starting on the 3rd of March, for around 8-9 days. Can you help me with an itinerary? I was thinking of doing the Tawang circuit but heard that the snow might make it difficult. But I am pretty open to visit any area (East/West/North/South) that will be good this time of the year. Trying to keep things in a budget. Would be grateful for your suggestions!
