  • I fking hate tribals in bank and government jobs

I'm a tribal myself, so people who might want to attack me saying I'm racist or stuff can go to hell. It was a Thursday, around midday, when I visited the local SBI branch to withdraw some cash. As I joined the line, a middle-aged man stood ahead of me with his wife and daughter. The man, slightly grizzled but composed, addressed the woman at the counter with calm respect. She, however, was glued to her phone, barely acknowledging his presence as she took his passbook. After a while, she finally set her phone down, glanced at his withdrawal form, and, with a tired expression, said, "Sorry, sir, but you need to fully fill out this form before you can withdraw money." The man, slightly flustered, stepped aside to complete the form as his wife quietly questioned him. Their daughter, meanwhile, stood chewing bubble gum, engrossed in her phone. After some time, the man returned with the completed form and handed it to the woman, who was still busy in her phone. She gave it a quick look, her expression turning to one of irritation. "Your branch code is from a different district. You can’t withdraw money from this bank," she stated flatly. The man, now visibly concerned, responded politely, "But SBI functions the same throughout the state, right? Isn’t there something you can do?" The woman replied curtly, "No. Take this form to the bank in your district." Trying again, the man asked, "Isn’t there any way to help me here?" This time, her tone turned sharp and dismissive. "Go back to your district SBI and withdraw it from there," she snapped, tossing the form back at him. Without a word, the man quietly left, his wife and daughter following behind. But as they exited, the woman muttered to her colleagues, loud enough for everyone to hear, "What kind of people, don’t even know where to withdraw money from." Her tone dripped with mockery, and loud enough for the man and his family to hear. Now to top it all off, finally when my turn came, I sneaked a peak as to what the woman was so busy in her phone, and there I saw it, she was on level 372 Candy Crush 🍬 Now to end with a conclusion, this is a very serious problem in tribals working on government jobs and banks, their attitudes, work ethic, timeliness, everything is in the gutter. Hell you would think being from the same village or tribe might get you an advantage but no, the elitist behaviour is through the roof. Never had any such problems from non tribal bank staff. It's just so frustrating to see this. End of rant.
