Help me choose between Meghalaya and Nagaland.

I have been asked to relocate for work purpose. Please help me understand which state would be better for me. Considering factors like language (can only speak english and hindi), food (non vegetarian) and racism (brown guy from central India). My job will be requiring a lot of interaction with locals so language is a particularly important factor. I apologise in advance if this question is a repeated one, I tried searching in this sub but could not find accurate answers. Thank you.
