Freelance work

Hello friends, I think this question was asked a few days back. How are you earning money, and do you have any suggestions to earn some money from freelance work. Tbh I do not have much skills, and if you suggest what skills can I learn to optimise my earnings. I have a Masters degree in Management from a not so popular pvt college in NE. Other than sales jobs I don't find anything and it's too much for me. Don't suggest trading or business etc. I can invest 1 lakhs around to learn a skill which lands me freelance work. Currently unemployed (27 M) and preparing for Govt job and frustrated. Would like genuine suggestions from NE folks, as we want to work in our own region.
