Received empty box of the package

I ordered a Virtutron 15W Collapsible from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0D63DRLMH?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share), and to my surprise, I received an empty box! I ordered it as a gift to for my girlfriend and she thought I was joking with her.🤣 I’ve already reached out to customer support, but I wanted to share this here to see if anyone else has faced a similar issue. It’s really frustrating to deal with this, especially after paying for the product and waiting for the delivery. Any tips on how to get this resolved quickly? Appreciate youur advice
