I am 25m feeling lonely these days ( looking for friends to talk with )

In recent month I have lost my mother due to cancer now I am trying to move my life ahead but not being able to do it I don't know but I am just stuk in the past Is there anyone whome I can talk with or meet to help me to move on from this
