Cleanliness on Noida streets

Travelled to Noida after quite a sometime and observed relatively cleaner road in comparison to what they used to be couple of years.. went to sector 18 driving through botanical garden(it used to be a trash place).. is it me or something has changed... Thoughts/opinion?
