Work balance in WFH or WFO

I feel you tend to do more work when it's WFH , I started working in this Firm as SDE it's been 1+Yr now . But my late realisation is we tend to do more work .though freedom is extreme but still work is more. Pay is pretty decent though compared to what an avg IT engineer gets in India . Want to know what is Janta view on this?
