Why do people drive like shitheads?

Never liked driving here. 3 lanes bears 5 lanes of traffic. Unauthorized “public” transportion means have their own unauthorized stops, bottlenecks all the damn traffic! Then the people drive like retards! They know theres oncoming traffic yet they will overtake and make the oncoming traffic come to a full stop or push them off road. ROAD ETIQUETTES? Some fuckers do not know features of their brand new (dowr- oh sorry gifted) cars. Seems like DRL lamps are enough for them. Or they don’t have DRLs they will drive on high beams. WTF? Like they either don’t know or don’t understand it literally blinds everyone else.for instance them creta/scorpioN drivers. It really feels like people here do now how to drive. They just drive on approximations of the roads and just know the basic concept of driving a vehicle. We also lack infrastructure of the roads. Its just fkin speed breakers in this city. And that too there’s potholes on the top of them speed bumps. When will we change. There is not one stakeholder that can be held responsible.
