Want to explore Noida and become more social person

I’m not familiar with places to explore in Noida and would like to know of places or what activities, clubs, or events I can join to help me explore the area while also becoming more social. A bit about me: I’m almost 30 years old and tend to be shy and introverted. I find it challenging to start conversations with people I don’t know well. Most of my time is spent at the office or at home, where I often scroll through my phone mindlessly.
