Trying to make new friends(Lotus Boulevard)

The younger generation in Lotus Boulevard, can we organise a meet up or make a group? I live alone here. There are so many events that happen here and I don't know many people here to hang out with during these events or play badminton or any other sports. Can we socialise in the society?
