Too much traffic due to illegal car parking around Spectrum Mall Sector 75 Noida

With the construction of Spectrum mall phase 1 at its almost completion and shops are starting to open in phase 2, people are parking on the road instead of using the mall parking. The roads around Aims Golf Avenue1,2, Maxbilis Wellington, DASNAC Burj Noida. Specially during holidays and weekends. Can we complain to some higher authorities to avoid illegal parking or reach out to the mall authorities to do something about it? They have done this previously as no cars are being allowed to park on the road in front of Golf City Plot 11.
