Thriving towards fitness, looking for like minded people
Hi, so I'm 28 Male. I had lost a lot of weight 2 years back and in last few months I gained a lot. Now again I'm focusing on getting into my old habits to kick this off and loose a lot. I am looking at fasting routine with a lot of walking which helped last time and eventually adding home based strength training and then probably a gym. I don't want to right away push myself to gym before proving myself to have that consistent effort daily for weeks with simple walking routine. I m not really sure what I'm looking for. I like to listen to things and talk to people on phone while walking. But I only have some many people to talk to while walking, I can't keep expecting to talk for hours to same person daily or so. So maybe someone who also likes long walk goals to join me, or talk on call and stuff, idk. Maybe someone in similar predicament as me or someone who I can follow in better healthy lifestyle. People can have different plans for their own and that is fine. Maybe just some like minded to know to know and check on to hope and see at progress. I'm looking for people around sector 74-76 sort of. Even suggestions and your healthy journey are welcomed in the comments. Have a great evening ahead.5
