Things to take care of when shifting to Noida for the first time (as a female)

My sister will be joining her first job soon in Noida and I'm little worried about her.. What all things does she need to take care of ? (She is introvert and overthinks too sometimes, and every now and then her health is also bit off..and also she sleeps very less)..I don't know but anything in general that one needs to take care of...Please suggest whatever you think...Would be of great help
