Sector 63 parking fees started! What if we don't pay?

It has started since 25th February 2025. As expected, many people are getting angry and arguing with the parking guy that go to hell, we will not pay it, do whatever you can do about it! I have a dedicated parking place for my car & bikes so I'm not bothered but I was wondering what can happen if people don't pay it regularly. Today the parking guy was telling someone that he will bring a crane to seize the defaulter cars, do they have the POWER to do so?
