Paras Tierea Bachelor's security

Is thr anyone who's Paras Tierea bachelors security isnt recieved yet? Been more thn a year i paid 10K to AOA as bachelor's security but these guy haven't gave it back yet. Does any body how can i chase them and what can i do from my end to get it back
