Need to see a doctor

Hello brothers/sisters, I’m feeling feverish and body pain on and off from last few days, it goes away with taking a paracetamol, comes back slowly in few hours, doesn’t looks like anything serious, should i see a doctor or any home remedy i can try? I have never seen any doctor in noida or in ncr, don’t know where to go, btw i’m living nearby sec 52 metro. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
