most convenient way to reach sector 142 via the new RRTs

hello can you guys please suggest the a convenient/efficient route to reach sector 142 from Meerut using the RRTS. if anyone has a better or more efficient way to travel from meerut to 142 then please let me know that would be really helpful. Thanks!
