Hi everyone, I’m helping my uncle renew his driving license online in Noida, but we’re stuck on the medical form requirement. He’s above 50, so a medical certificate is mandatory for the renewal process. The website of Parivahan is not letting me pay fees unless I upload this online. Could anyone guide me on: 1. Where can we get the official medical form? Is it available online? 2. Does it need to be signed by a government doctor, or will any registered medical practitioner work? 3.
