Has anyone given their bike DL test in the new Dadri facility?

I already have an LMV license and wanted to add MCWG to it so I did the Additional Endorsement to DL process and got the required learner's license for it. Now i just have to get my dl. Does anyone know what the process is like, now that the testing procedure has shifted to Dadri? Also, I heard that they were intentionally failing people and only 20 out of 97 passed the test in a month. So does anyone have contacts and sources who can help me "obtain" my license?
