Eldeco Utopia (Sector 93A) or Exotica Fresco (Sector 137) - better facilities?

Family of 2 with a live-in driver, coming to Delhi on assignment. Earlier lived in eldeco in 2018-20. But rates have gone up a lot. Love the area as forest area is near. Our friends who have now shifted to Exotica are suggesting that we try there. Wondering which is better for stay. Any guidance would be great 🙏🏽
