Clean affordable gyms around sector 78

The gym I currently work out at doesn’t care for hygiene/ basic gym etiquettes at all. Looking to switch gym. Can you folks suggest gyms around 78/76 which are not too crowded in the evening, have good crowd, and monthly charge below 3.5k.
