BoAt Service centre - Noida

I have recently submitted my two wired earphones (bought in June and November) and I’ve been told that I will recieve the replacement in 5-7 days. Lady at reception started fixing the grill inside earphones right in front of me and said, sir fixed! I am worried if I get used ones in replacement instead of new ones as both collectively costed me around 1100rs. How was your replacement experience with boAt?
