Bisleri not delivering water for 10 days now

I have a bisleri subscription and they have stopped delivering abruptly. They stopped taking calls, the app is completely frozen, like total radio silence as if they just upped and vanished in the night. I have mailed to them, tagged them on twitter but nothing happening. What to do, Anyone has any ideas?
