Better broadband/fiver than airtel

Hey, My parents are facing many problems because of airtel fiver, it was good before but now the problems are increasing. My dad had an urgent meeting with some senior employee but the internet started to drop and that cause so much problem and embarrassment. When I call or try to set the compaint they just say that we checked and it's working fine and even devices are connected as well. Even if I raise the technician come checks everything and goes back by saying internet drops are common and not a major thing or it's your device that is not connected properly. Or try restarting modem. Can anybody please tell me some better internet connection. My home is in Rajat Vihar block B.
