26F - Mumbai to Noida

I have a two wheeler which is registered here in Mumbai. However, is there any issue with taking two-wheeler daily for commute without going through all the hassle of NOC/Re-registration in Noida? Police waale kuch locha karenge kya? My office is in sector 4. I will be staying in sector 46. Also, which gym is most preferred in or around sector 46? I don't need a trainer, just that the equipments and vibe should be good.
