22M Shifting to Noida (Sector 62) from Mumbai

I got an offer from a company in Noida Sector 62. I will be receiving 24k per month in hand and I will most likely be spending all of it on rent and monthly expenses as I will be there only for 6 months also it would be my first time coming to Noida. I want some general advice about Noida. 1. From what I have heard people are are generally aggressive and will fight for silly reasons. 2. Any common scams I should be aware of? 3. Will I be able to live peacefully with only my monthly salary? (I rarely go out even in Mumbai) 4. I have been searching for pg's and flats online and they have asked me for token ( atleast 50% of the rent ), but not sure if it's a scam. 5. My office is near the electronic city metro station, so what are some other sectors or places I should search for a accommodation. (Ideal place would be near the metro line) Any other tips or tricks are welcomed. Please ignore typos :)
