Anyone Else Bed Bound?

Due to being severely mentally disabled I can barely leave my bed for only max a few hours and even then I am “rushing” back to bed from pure exhaustion. Was wondering if you have a similar experience. I want to have a life but I am to fucked up in the head and my body has taken a serious toll cause of it. Also in case someone hasn’t said it I am proud of you for the doing even the little things like showering, eating, doing something you enjoy. They may not be little to you they certainly aren’t for me but should be acknowledged all the same. Keep hydrated please 🌊.
