What is IPU quota for neet?

I (18) F currently in class 12th preparing for NEET UG, I am studying in a school situated in delhi so i am eligible for delhi quota. I have even got a DU certificate as well as OBC certificate. Can anyone please elaborate what is IPU quota? Because I pretty much think I am eligible for this, but I also want to know the benefits that I might receive from having this very quota as I am also an OBC candidate. If this quota permits the private medical college admission in delhi itself, so is there reduction in fees as well?
