i'm worrying about tomorrow

so my uncle has been coming to my house in these two days. he told me that it will be a good idea if i can help him open a small cafe this week. its not technically coffee shop since we about to sell lemonade. i have no idea how to begin with. i'm afraid i will ruined the day, as i rarely had the chance to speak with other irl. i also have no business experience. please please im freaking out ;___;
