I'm a degenerate loser

I have been for decades at this point. Mostly due to childhood sexual trauma and mental illness. I'm not proud of it. In fact I hate myself pretty much constantly. But it's still who I am and it's not going to change especially with how fucked my countries mental health services are ATM. What I'm trying to say is people like me still deserve a modecrum of respect and patience. I'm weird. Again I know that. But would it hurt normies to be a little bit more civil?
