How to get out of the groundhog day flat circle
I’m going insane from living the same day every day. It’s not by choice cause i’m crippled with anxiety depression and ptsd so i can’t just go out and “Join A Club!” but literally what is there to do. Wake up, move body, look at screens, eat, maybe cry, repeat. I know i’m in a shit situation but i don’t even know what i SHOULD be doing. what should i be doing? i know nobody knows my situation or capabilities but i am just desperate for any answer. PLS!1
