How long would we even survive like this?

I am wondering how long we can survive like this. I don’t have any friends or SO. I have been all by myself for the last 12 years. I do go out occasionally, but it is mostly with my fam when it is too important.Otherwise, I only step out of my room when I need something that only I can buy by visiting the nearby shops.  Basically, I don’t have any social life or anything. The worst part is I have been like this for so many years. Also, for the last 5 months, I have been jobless because I couldn’t focus on my work and got terminated from my job. It was a full-time work-from-home job.  Right now I am just thinking, is it an end? And if not, am I going to survive like this in the long run!
